The urban renewal concept provides for a predominantly 3 - to 4-storey residential cooperative with nature park, with a floor space of a total of 5,600 sq meters distributed to about 74 homes. The existing aboveground buildings are demolished. The dormant for residential traffic will be completely in a low-level, with around 99 spaces for residents and visitors housed.
